- 0.5 kg ground beef
- 1 pack of bacon
- 1/4 cup diced onion

- 1 tbsp. l. spicy ketchup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (if any)
- 1/4 cup breading
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
2. Cut off the top and bottom of the peeled onion. Then cut it in half and separate the layers, setting aside the largest ones for future balls. Cut what remains into cubes.
