1. Pure water
For your coffee to taste good, it must be based on the best water available to you. We sweep aside the option to pour from the tap immediately.
2. Take your time
The ideal drink is brewed slowly, so be patient. Put the coffee turk on the smallest heat. There is no rush to this almost meditative process.
3. Turk with a narrow top
To preserve the delicate coffee aroma, pick a Turk with a high and narrow neck.
4. Coffee beans
The most important component is the coffee beans ground with your own hands! I think it is unnecessary to remind that it is worth buying only high-quality coffee.
5. Select the grind

6. Prepare coarse salt

On the surface, we see a dense "crust" of coffee grounds, it should in no case be allowed to disintegrate, since all the aroma will disappear immediately. We turn the operation with the rise of a boiling liquid three times, with a minute interval.
